“Coconut Cake”
This gather and pin style tie is definitely different and a lot of fun! I finished this and sent it to my trainer teasing that it was her new tie. She promptly named it Coconut Cake! We had so many good suggestions. This fabric is cut out little flowers sewn to a gauze fabric, backed with a faux dupioni silk. The gather and collar is a matte white satin. Collar fits 13-15”. Hand wash only - especially if sewn on brooch or appliqué.
If brave - can potentially put into a mesh garment bag on a cold, delicate cycle and air dry. If no overlays can cool iron. If there is a metallic or sparkle imprinted into fabric use a light piece of cotton to iron over. Please e-mail me for any washing questions.
